When To Serve

Our stellar team of Wedding Specialists can help you to arrange your Wedding Day Timings to perfectly suit your Wedding Day. They can then advise you on the best times to serve your selected Wedding Food.

We can let you know if your timings mean that your guests might appreciate some Canapés during your Drinks Reception, or if they are not actually necessary. As well as discussing the benefits and negatives of doing speeches before or after the Wedding Breakfast has taken place.

When you book Hanbury Barns for your wedding, we will invite you to join us for a Tasting Event here at the venue. This is when you will experience the fabulous food, wine and service provided by our experienced catering partners.

If you are not sure what drinks to provide at our No Corkage Wedding Venue, our super helpful Events Team are on hand to offer all of the advice and support to guide you through the process. We can help you build your perfect selection and recommend quantities based on your guest numbers.

Arrange a viewing at Hanbury Barns to experience our gorgeous venue first hand, with a guided tour with one of our Wedding Specialists. You'll get lot's of time to ask any questions and chat through your own ideas for the big day.
